Yes — we ship to every state and territory in Australia, including PO Boxes and rural addresses. International shipping is coming soon.
If a piece doesn't feel right, send it back within 30 days in original condition for a full refund. No paperwork, no restocking fees.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also reply to that email any time and we'll check on it for you.
Every item in the collection is used, weighed, cooked with, and washed by our team before it earns a place on the site. If it doesn't hold up, it doesn't make the cut.
